Refund Policy

LMperformance provides personalised, digital coaching services. Because each plan is built specifically for you and delivered digitally, the following policy applies:
14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service. We aim to make this process simple and fair, regardless of whether coaching materials have been accessed.
After the 14-day period
After 14 days, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis given the personalised and digital nature of the service. For monthly plans, you can cancel future renewals at any time after the 3-month minimum commitment (see our Terms). Exceptional circumstances (such as medical issues) will always be considered.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@lmperformance.co.uk with your order details. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of England & Wales, United Kingdom.
